At Haili, each home features cement walkways, a stove, refrigerator, telephone and cable lines and paid utilities. Nestled in the middle of downtown Hilo, Haili is within walking distance to public transportation, restaurants, and a fitness center. Residents can take advantage of community centers such as churches, libraries, and the YMCA just a few minutes away. Become a resident and plant yourself a container garden, relax on the front porch with a book, or take a stroll to the farmers' market along Bay Front. Rates are based on income.
